Placing an order

If you would like to place a bespoke biscuit order please fill out an enquiry form or email us at elleslittlebakery@gmail.com  

Design

As all of our biscuits are made to order and are handmade, shape and colour may vary to images. If there are any major changes we will inform you before completing your order.

Packaging may also be slightly different to images on our website.

Bespoke

We can make both bespoke gift boxes and single biscuits so please do get in touch if we do not currently have what you were looking for on our website.

Biscuits: Butter, Flour, Caster Sugar, Vanilla Essence, apricot jam.

Fondant:Sugar, Glucose syrup, Palm oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabiliser: E413, Colour: E100, Preservative: E202, Flavouring.

Edible prints: Starches E1422, E1412, Maltodextrin, Glycerin, Sugar, Water, Stabilizers (E414, E460i), Food Colour E171, Emulsifiers E491, E471, Flavors, Acidulants E330, Preservative E202, Sucralose

Our biscuits are best enjoyed within 3 weeks!

Please contact us for dairy free which is also available.

ALLERGY INFORMATION: non of our biscuits contain nuts however they may contain traces.

Delivery

We deliver all items via Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown during checkout.

Depending on amount of biscuits we try to despatch in 4 -7 days however please do contact us if your order is urgent or there is a specific time you would like us to deliver them.

We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services as it’s outside of our control. Please note that if there is no one available to collect the delivery and it is not collected or redelivered quickly, the quality of the product may be slightly compromised and we cannot be held responsible for this.

Complaints

If you are not happy with any of our biscuits please send them back to us so we can understand the problem, please send them back within 3 days. 

We will refund you postage once we have found the problem.
