We recommend enquiring as early as possible as we only accept a limited number of bespoke orders each week. Please contact us with your required date and we'll confirm availability.

CAN I ORDER A SINGLE BISCUIT OR GIFT BOX?

We no longer offer individual bespoke biscuits or gift boxes. Our focus is now on larger bespoke occasion, event and corporate orders.

CAN YOU COPY A DESIGN I'VE SEEN?

You're very welcome to send inspiration. However, all of our biscuits are created in our own Elle's Little Bakery style and we don't directly copy another baker's work.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE BISCUITS?

Yes. We create logo and branded biscuits for corporate events, product launches, gifting, PR packages and celebrations.

DOES THE £75 MINIMUM APPLY TO SEASONAL COLLECTIONS?
No. Our £75 minimum applies to bespoke occasion, event and corporate orders only. Limited seasonal collections can be purchased separately when available.

Our biscuits are best enjoyed within 3 weeks!

ALLERGY INFORMATION: non of our biscuits contain nuts however they may contain traces.

Delivery

We deliver all items via Royal Mail. 

Depending on amount of biscuits we try to despatch in 4 -7 days however please do contact us if your order is urgent or there is a specific time you would like us to deliver them.

We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services as it’s outside of our control. Please note that if there is no one available to collect the delivery and it is not collected or redelivered quickly, the quality of the product may be slightly compromised and we cannot be held responsible for this.

Complaints

If you are not happy with any of our biscuits please send them back to us so we can understand the problem, please send them back within 3 days. 

We will refund you postage once we have found the problem.
